REGULATORY SERVICES
All projects are subject to local and federal regulations. We have many projects in Washington, DC that have been subject to review at many levels from Advisory Neighborhood Committees to Neighborhood Historical Societies to City level agencies all the way to federal oversight groups. Singletary Rueda Architects prides itself on its ability to not only work within but also utilize these many review groups to our clients’ full advantage.
