FACILITIES SERVICES
A large portion of our work involves working with clients who own or manage multiple properties and buildings. We provide support to these clients by documenting existing structures, performing ADA surveys, calculating rentable and useable area according to BOMA standards and generating quick, illustrated test fits and space plans for leasing clients. Much of this work also involves preparation of documents for building upgrades and reassignment of wasted space to new uses.
